The University of Tsukuba Exchange Plaza provides a free email service, "Lifetime Mail Service," using Google Inc.'s Google Workspace for Education (formerly G Suite for Education).

Current students and tenured faculty and staff may continue to use this service after leaving the university.

New uploads to Google Drive Photos have been disabled since January 23, 2023.
